Welcome to our Holistic Studio. I specialize in Massage Therapy. I received my training at the alternative Healthcare Educational Foundation in Milwaukee , Wisconsin . I have perfected my expertise in Swedish Massage since 1995.
With the growing awareness of alternative health maintenance, I decided to study Tuina (Chinese Massage) in China. This technique consists of a firm massage, stretching and knuckle massaging to help work out problem areas. I have also received additional training in Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve a deep state of mind and body relaxation, balance the stresses and injuries of life with the nurturing, caring, healing art of massage. I am committed to making my love of this healing art a lifelong journey.

I am a graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork, as well as a member of the International Massage Association. I am Nationally Certified and State Licensed. WI certification #2960-046.
My specialty is incorporating therapeutic bodywork into a relaxation massage. Depending on the individual needs of my clients, I may integrate a combination of: Swedish Massage; Neuromuscular Therapy; Lomi-Lomi (Hawaiian Massage) or Polarity (energy work).
Other modalities I offer are: Lymphatic Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Foot Reflexology.

Heather
Heather is a Nationally Certified Massage Practitioner. She graduated from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness in July of 2005, where she participated in a nine-month intensive massage program consisting of 705 hours. She specializes in Swedish massage and Therapeutic massage.
While attending the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness, she studied other modalities and obtained a certification in Shiatsu level 1 and Reiki level 1. Heather has also taken seminars in TuiNa, the practice of applying deep pressure along the meridians (energy lines) in a variety of moves, using different parts of the fingers, palms and elbows. She also attended seminars in Thai yoga massage, a method similar to Shiatsu.
Heather enjoys her work very much and she looks forward to establishing herself in the community by working with new clients and attending to their massage needs.

I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I currently have over 10 years of experience in Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy and Swedish Massage. I have additional training in Aromatherapy, Chair Massage and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
I have had the pleasure of working directly with theatre groups such as Rent, River Dance and Suscial.
The Purpose of my practice is to enhance the general health and well being of the each client with a complete professional session addressing their specific needs.
